This class combines moments of high + low intensity using the jumpboard and reformer based moves to elevate the heart rate and sculpt the full body. How could you not love cardio while you’re laying down?!
Stretch
Slow + controlled reformer based stretch class using appropriate springs and carefully crafted movements designed to lengthen the body from head to toe.
Power
Our signature REFORMER class leveled up. Think more intensity, heavy springs & powerful movement. Our hot playlists + fast paced 50 minutes will leave you sweaty & sore in the best way.
Foundations
Bringing you the basics, but in the best way. In this class, simple equals strength. No fancy flows, just you, your technique and lots of reps to deliver results. Take FOUNDATIONS as a bridge from our Clearly NEW into our signature REFORMER class or as a straightforward supplement to your REFORMER routine. You’ll perfect your technique, build confidence, and create a solid foundation for our faster paced classes.
Private
